The bed was super comfortable The self check in was very easy The room was very spacious

Bringing heavy luggage up the 2 flight of stairs wasn’t easy

壁が薄く、出入り口のセキュリティキーのタッチ音が丸聞こえ。キーがわからず、何度も打ち直すインバウンド観光客の困惑の声もよく聞こえてきて、子どもを寝かしつけるのに苦労しました。 部屋はとてもキレイで快適。ベッドもとても寝心地がよく、よく眠れました。

The room was very nice and clean

No elevator No parking (at least provide information about the nearest parkings we could use)

The accommodation was very nice and comfortable and very short walk to beppu station, so good location.

I think this was more a fault of neighboring guests, but it was so loud well into the early hours of the morning. Guests went up and downstairs, and who knows what upstairs sounded like jumping/ dancing?? , but it was just so loud. It was hard to sleep.

Nice place. And super clean!!!

Modern Japanese style small hotel. Walking distance to travel spot. We were 8ppl included 2 senior, lucky we got one room at first floor, one at second floor. Free washing machine and dryer is a PLUS. No human at front desk, but check in was smooth.

No extra toilet at lobby. Feel stress when a room stay 4pax.

Very comfortable property in a good location. The bed was fantastic!!!
