The place was great. Much better than it looked in the pictures. Neighbourhood was quiet too. It had ample space to relax with friends and have a great time.

Some of the doors of the bedroom and bathroom, dint have proper locks in it. And as we had to share bathrooms between 9 of us, it led to some inconvinience.

It was indeed spacious, with working WiFi, a parking space and beds were well placed and linen/towels good condition. Some decor was really well done and presented well. The location worked well distance wise to our plans. Good communication.

The smell, the cleanliness, lack of cleaning items, over piling bins, dirty crockery. Broken dishwasher, and items around the house such as glass frame and mirror. Faulty curtain rail that fell on one of us. Missing main bedroom light fitting, two door locks in bathroom/bedroom. These are things that has been reported in previous reviews, so thought it would be fixed by now. Dirty finger marks and stains all over walls and furniture. The worst thing - we had mice staying with us, and their poo found in a drawer. Old food left in the fridge/freezer We tried to turn a blind eye upon arrival to the smell and cleanliness, as we only dropped our things off and rushed to go out. But the mice/poo became apparent during the night and we noticed more things in the morning before checkout. Left early and contacted the owner. Photos definitely enhanced true perception of the accomodation. It's a shame, this place just needs some care and attention... the it would have been perfect.

Good size

Very spacious, and furnished well.

Could be cleaner, the kitchen was greasy in places and the oven was quite dirty. The blind in the bathroom was broken so was the lock. It also got quite cold in the evening, maybe the heating needs to be set higher for when guests are there.

The house was great we visited for a weekend of rugby, two families with two girls , bedrooms were great sizes

The shower was a bit small

The property is very spacious, the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was also perfect for us and the host provided detailed check in and property information ahead of arrival which was really appreciated.

There were small niggles like not enough toilet roll, a broken toilet brush, no hairdryer when it was listed in amenities, inexpensive things that make a huge difference to comfort. Also I was sad to see someone had feedback that the bathroom lock was broken back in April - the host had responded 'thanks for flagging, we'll get on this' - the bathroom is still without a lock in august which feels like a lack of care and is disappointing.
