Sea View Villa V-Dubz, Filey

The location is absolutely superb. Easy access to the beach and the shop at the Haven holiday park. Really quiet at night time with just the sea to listen too. The view is amazing.The kitchen, lounge, playroom, grass area and balcony are all also superb areas. All of the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were great. Plenty of storage space. Parking is plentiful with two spaces at the front and two at the back.

Nothing - the property is lovely . The only point we would make is the downstairs bathroom served 6 people for definite during the night and the toilet seat was loose and the toilet paper holder fell off on arrival. Easily sorted though. Also it needs to be made really clear in pre arrival instructions that guests need to bring their own bin liners, toilet roll, dish cloths and dishwasher tablets. However, the shop is well stocked with all these items.

Not clean. Radiator not working in the bathroom. Hot water not fully working in the showers. Very tired property. Didn’t match up to the photos or the price.

Villa v-dubz was in a beautiful peaceful location 200m from beach There was 12 of us and the bedrooms worked perfectly for our parents and children Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were There was a lot of space for eating and people could have there own space Equipment was plentiful and labelled cupboards made it quicker to find and put away Beautiful presentation and clean There’s ample supplies of coffee tea dishwasher tablets etc The dryer was great as it rained in our stay for towels The play room catered for all ages and large enough The binoculars were great touch for viewing scenary

The location was amazing, Great views and lovely and peaceful Beds super comfortable

We had no hot water until late in the evening. so we could only use the electric shower in the small bedroom. Not sure if the water was on a timer we had no information about the hot water! For the size of property there was no big pans or serving dishes ect! Plenty of glasses and other stuff with was great! Also could maybe do with a good clean lots of cobwebs in corners.

Steps to property

Spacious inside and out with great views. Plenty of toys for the little ones. Our 20 month old grandson learnt to ride a scooter which was lovely to see. Great location. Lovely to be able to walk along the beach to Filey for fish and chips and the obligatory ice cream. Also handy to have the Holiday Park nearby as it had a handy shop and park.

Were unable to open any of the windows or patio doors as the keys had gone missing. Which was a shame for those who didn't have air conditioning in their bedroom. Also wondered if the previous visitors had a problem with washing up as the cutlery and sauce pans were still dirty.

We loved the location ,views plenty of space to enjoy inside and outside patio. The bathroom downstairs was very plain / basic , tired..wash basin not big enough.. hanging shelf space difficult as we were sharing it with another couple .. plus others used as loo to go to .. ..
