Shell Yeah at Laketown Wharf #730 by Nautical Properties

We love staying at the wharf! There are so many pools to choose from and other activities within walking distance.

While we have stayed at the wharf before, this was the first time renting from Nautical Properties. We thought the air issue had been resolved the day prior and had to have them send someone else back out to service it the following day. While they got someone to come fix it relatively quick, we still had to take the family and baby somewhere to find AC during his nap time .

Great amenities on the first floor. Elevators were often broken or full but luckily this apartment is one flight from the top of the parking garage. The apartment was well decorated, bright, and clean with a very relaxing vibe.

they charge for every little thing you do. You have to buy a cart to put you stuff on to get it to your room. and if you don’t you aren’t aloud to unload at the door. you have to unload in the parking garage and walk with all your stuff all the way to the room. good luck with groceries. it was $100 for parking and wrist bands

the property itself was fine other than the elevators. luckily we were only one floor above the last parking garage ramp so we only had one flight of stairs to climb. but people would literally just walk by the elevator because they knew they would be standing there for 30 minutes
