IEThe apartment was clean, recently renovated, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no wardrobe or iron. It’s fine for one night, but definitely not suitable for a longer stay.
Breakfast was mentioned and included in the price we paid, but this was very misleading. What they consider "breakfast" was a packet of synthetic croissants, a cup of coffee, and a small yogurt – this cannot be considered a proper breakfast. I believe it’s unfair to advertise that breakfast is provided when, in reality, it isn’t. The man who let us into the apartment (I’m not sure if he was the owner) insisted that we pay in cash, even though the payment had already been taken from our account two days earlier. I had to show my bank statement as proof that the booking had been paid. The location is also quite far from the city center, so be prepared for a long walk.

GBVery nice and comfortable for our short stay. Host was very helpful. The bathroom in particular is excellent but the whole place was very clean.
GRWe stayed in a shared space with two private rooms, each with its own bathroom — something very convenient. The bathroom was especially spacious and modern. The room itself was perfectly fine for a short stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options, even though the kitchen was shared. Our host was very helpful and willing to assist us with anything we needed. Another big plus was the location — just a 5-minute drive from the train station and about 20 minutes by car from the airport.
On the downside, the property is not very close to the city center; it is a 20-minute walk. We also had a small issue with the main entrance door, which we could not open at first. However, our host helped us immediately. Additionally, the bedsheets may not have been recently refreshed, as they had a slight odor—something that could be easily improved with more attention to detail. Overall, still a good option for a short and practical stay.

BEIt's a spacious room and there is a kitchen. The staff was friendly.
The hygiene. The floor hadn't been cleaned (there were many hairs everywhere) and there was urine on and below the toilet of a previous guest/previous guests. Even the shower didn't seemed to be cleaned. There is airconditioning, but the remote control didn't work. I was very disappointed, because all of the other accommodations that I had in Italy were great.
GREverything seemed to be brand new! The towels and the bed sheets smelled great, the room was very spacious, and also the bathroom really clean and huge! We had a very good communication with the owner and the very well prepared kitchen was the cherry on top of our accommodation! Considering the accommodation prices around the city it was THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY! It may seem to be a little far from the city center but it’s in a walking distance but also you can take a bus from a bus stop just 2 minutes away from the apartment. Gracie !!!
