Entire Two Bedrooms Flat, 1F

Very comfortable beds. Very well equipped. Very helpful owner. Great location. Good security.

There were slippers and water (under bed) and medication (left in bedside cabinet drawer) left from previous visitors. However these apartments are recently converted, they have great potential.

Not informed of 3 flights of stairs to flat. Would not have booked if known. However we were moved down a flight when we complained. Still not brilliant but better. This property not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. We should have been informed regarding this.

Very friendly host, came to meet us outside as we were in the wrong location. Huge appartment, clean,very quiet, oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave ,3 x pedestal fans, comfy beds, 2 pillows each. Great location, 3 min walk from town. No views from room but opposite building some lovely boats moored up. The road to the right that leads to the seafront had at least 7 convenience stores, including 1 with 24 hour opening 10 min walk from station, 10 min walk from beach. Free parking offered

Sofa would have been preferable to 3 armchairs but probably the logistics of getting a sofa up to almost the top of the building would have been impossible Found the area and almost correct location but couldnt quite fund the propertybut hist came and found us.

The location was good Unfortunately it was on a very busy main road, so noisy. The owner was remarkable Extremely nice man very helpful

There should be hand rails to assist out of the bath especially for older people .I'm sure this will be put in place of the owner is made aware.There needs to be an extractor in the bathroom as no windows.

doors need attention, floors very creaky, conscious of people below. No hanging space for clothes.
