Coastal Cozy - The Oasis Suite

Lovely shower and comfortable bed just what we needed thank you

location was good, room was nice, owner was friendly and kind , we weren't disturbed at all

there a cockroach infestation by the microwave and fridge, perhaps get that sorted it can get worst if not seen too

I did not have the breakfast option but the place is located near the beach and has locked gate which made us to feel safe. The host was friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay, and communicated well with us. Our room was clean and had the utensils we needed.

The facility was undergoing renovations during our visit, there was some noise. At check-out time we felt a bit uncomfortable when the gate was not opened for us, we had to wait for someone to check if everything in the room was fine. I believe you can improve on that as we felt like we were not trusted enough.

The host was friendly. A TV would be nice for a little entertainment.

My room was not cleaned throughout my stay. I was told they are a self catering after I asked why the room wasn't cleaned. They promised to clean day before I left, I still find it unclean when I returned and I had to ask again then I was told they're training a new person and that's why, there were no updates, I had to follow up. They asked me if I can go out and have it cleaned but there was a breeze and going outside and wait while they clean was not OK for me.
