The location is perfect. Just outside of the noisy centre (15 minutes walk to the main square), across the street from amazing pizzeria and bakery, 5 minutes walk from Lidl, 15 minutes walk to central bus station. The apartment has balconies. Giuseppe was helpful and very responsive. He helped us check-in early and provided with good recommendations for food and places to visit. The apartment itself is nice, warm and spacious. Neighborhood is quiet. You can grab an electric scooter and enjoy all the best bits of Catania.

Not a big deal but not everyone speaks English in Sicily. Just relax and try your best, online translators are useful.

Comfortable bed, air conditioner, clean room, good internet, netflix, helpful host, amazing place for breakfast, fast replay to messages, have no problems to check in, and a lot of benefits that I may forgot! Should also try the pizzeria across the street, one of the best!

There was a lack of tools in the kitchen (plates, knife, glasses).

Everything was really nice, i loved the room and location

I had to find the locations for breakfast like he said, he didn’t tell us we don’t have breakfast at the hotel. He gave us 6 (3 per person for 2 people) tickets for 2.5 euro each. The best part is that is not far away.

I appreciated that we were able to enter our room a lot sooner than indicated in the description. Also, the owner was very helpful when we had some questions.

Breakfast is actually in form of vouchers (2.5 EUR each) to spend at a restaurant near by. For a 7 days stay for 2 people we have received 12 vouchers and that is nearly not enough to get a breakfast (most things on the menu are more than 2.5 EUR). I would say that 2 vouchers per day per person would cover everything concerning breakfast. Cafe Europe is one of the rare restaurants in the area that is opened throughout the day, so it is a good tip to eat there anyways. Also, the kitchen in the living room is not equipped at all. In the room there is a small fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine, but you would need to buy cups/mugs, cutlery, plates if you want to use any of it.

Great location, great communication with the host, clean room with towels and comfortable bed.

There were no utensils in the kitchen, even cutlery or a knife, to be able to prepare at least a sandwich. And most importantly - no corkscrew. And "breakfast included in the price" is too much to say. We (2 persons) received 6 vouchers for € 2.50 each for the cafeteria. We stayed there for 5 nights and that amount was enough for 2 breakfasts (coffee+something to eat). Walls very thin, you could hear every words and music of the neighbors.
