So convenient for me. Staff was superb.

Nothing. Loved it.

Breakfast was more than sub par. Despite getting free breakfast with the room, we still got charged for 2 people. The food was awful. It smelled, bread products were stale, coffee had a bad smell as well. It was inedible and a waste of money.

Had an issue w lady at front desk my key card needed recharged/Magnetized as it wld t open my door ROSALIA - was great A welcoming Smile very Professional and Knowledgeable. Housekeeping was excellent as well TY

If you have business or an event in Rockville or NIH, Downtown Bethesda, and don’t mind a straight metro train commute to Washington D.C. then with their price range, this is a good location to stay. Public transport is a short walk away. There are several grocery stores and restaurants. Couple of shops and a walk to Pike and Roses where you can find more shopping and restaurants and a movie theater. Rockville town center is about a 10 minutes bus ride away or next stop on the metro from Twinbrook station. Paid parking and just a decent clean room.

The Even Hotel is very clean. It prides itself on supporting good health, from the fruit-infused water in the lobby, to the work-out equipment in each room, with workout videos on TV. The guy who ran the front desk was very nice (I didn't catch the spelling of his name), and patient, even though he was totally overworked. Not only did he handle check-in, payment and all other "front desk" tasks, but he also took breakfast orders, cooked the food and brought it to the table. And when we objected to a misleading hidden cost, he removed it from our bill.

The showerhead in the shower is only the hand-held kind. If you try to use it hooked to the holder, it has been installed backwards, so that it showers onto the wall, not onto the person. Similarly: They have installed the large bottles of liquid hand soap and hand lotion over the counter, but right below the electrical outlet; so, if you need to plug in a device charger with a cube, there is no room. Also: The new shower doors go almost to the ceiling, so there's nowhere to hang a bath towel over the doors, so that you can dry yourself without getting out of the shower. When they design a new bathroom, or other area, they should try it out for a night before doing the whole project. Also: Not all the electrical outlets work. Should be tested.

Our one-night stay was fine, but two days after we left, the hotel billed me for an additional two nights. Eight days later, despite numerous phone calls, conversations with the manager and guest relations, the problem is not resolved, nor have we seen any copies of bills for our stay. Very poor billing practices and customer service! Will never use this chain again!
