The mattress was too soft

Location was great, the property was well maintained.

Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice living room.

The rather noisy location due to traffic (for Eindhoven standards) and the trash and mess on the street. The only thing that was missing, in the bathroom, was something to hang towels.

I liked the communication with the owner and how she kept asking if everything was ok. Central apartment, close to the centre. We walked most of the time everywhere. Close to supermarkets to get stocked for the stay and discover Eindhoven.

The living room carpet had multiple burns, which didn't look nice. There were 3 caps for washing (2 for dishes and 1 for clothes) they were "glued" together and ended up ripping and leaking. The shower was leaking and we needed to keep the shower door closed because it got the whole bathroom wet. Although we were asked to take the bin bag out, there were no instructions on where to put it, which was a bit awkward as I tried to find the place and kept asking everyone on the street until I ended up (against my will) having to leave it inside the building near the staircase. One of the fans available was missing a foot and couldn't stand, I had to pull a McGuyver to use it. Would have been nice to have bedside lamps and a blackout curtain in the living room, as the sun hits the TV and makes it very hard to see anything.
