The convenience and location is nearby to sutera mall and walking distance to many eateries.

This property is not suitable for families with younger children. There are no lifts and it’s located on the 3rd level. The apartment was VERY DUSTY and not well cleaned up. There was hair everywhere in the toilet, ants crawling. There were webs seen at corners. Also, the toilets were not as expected either. The toilet bowl and shower is in the same ‘cubicle’. Worse than a public toilet. It was very cramped and when u shower, all toilet paper and everything inside would get wet.

The location was good.

I stayed here on 1 November 2025 and had a very disappointing experience. There was a complete water disruption during my stay and no backup plan or assistance was provided. I had to contact the host several times with no proper solution. In addition, the remote controls were not working, and the air conditioner was not cooling properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. When I shared an honest review about these issues, the host threatened not to refund me, which is unacceptable. I as a customer has all the rights to post review about the dissatisfaction. Moreover I got to know there were early announcements by the government on the water disruption yet the host did not inform us and no alternative measures have been taken up. I paid RM660 for the unit just to use the washroom at public place and petrol stations! I reported this to Booking.com, but the property has not responded to their enquiries either. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope Booking.com reviews this property’s management seriously.

A well-proportioned area allows guests to move freely and feel comfortable throughout their stay. Next in importance is the layout design. An intuitive flow within the space enhances functionality, making it easy for guests to access essential areas like the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Open-concept designs can promote a sense of togetherness, while well-defined zones allow for privacy when needed. The third factor involves the amenities available in the surrounding area. Having nearby grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and recreational facilities elevates the overall experience, allowing guests to explore and enjoy the local culture easily. Equally crucial is what the owner provides within the property. Essential items such as fluffy towels, rolls of toilet paper, and quality body wash and shampoo ensure a hotel-like experience. Availability of hairdryers, ample socket points, and charging plugs with wires is a thoughtful touch that enhances convenience. A well-equipped kitchen with necessary appliances and utensils allows guests to prepare their own meals, while conveniences like an iron with an ironing board help maintain their attire. Additionally, spacious beds invite restful sleep, and recreational options such as a pool table keep guests entertained. Lastly, the owner's character plays a significant role in the guest experience. A friendly, approachable, and responsive owner who is easy to contact can make a huge difference, providing guests with peace of mind and support throughout their stay.

Here are a few things to keep in mind. There’s no elevator in the building, but the staircase isn't too daunting, so it works for me. I really appreciate having a spacious living area, which I prioritize over the convenience of a lift. Accessing the property can be a bit tricky, as both the gate and the door operate with a keyless entry system. This could pose some challenges for elderly individuals or young children, but it wasn't a problem for me personally. The expansive layout of the place means that even with air conditioning and ceiling fans, it takes a bit longer than usual for the space to cool down comfortably. Overall, I find that the generous living space makes it worthwhile.
