The staff were really helpful. Before I arrived the book the return ferry tickets for me, and reserved a three wheel bike (since I can't ride normal bikes) for me too which made it great for exploring the island, even picked me up from the ferry. Although they had limited English they were still able to explain everything to me and made sure I had a nice stay on the island.

My only negative would be not being given a key for the lockers in the bunk room, but that might just be because I didn't directly ask about that.
