The gas braai was not fully functional. DSTV didn't work Some minor maintenance work is required.

The view.

The toilet was leaking very badly. I had to put towels on the floor and switch them 2 times a day because the floor was so wet. This also caused me to sleep very badly at night because of the nasty smell. The place needs maintenance.

The property is well maintained, perfect location a walking distance from all amenities including oceans mall. Perfect ocean view

Taking our luggage up the stairs was really tiring for someone that drove 7 hours from Lesotho. I would recommend that the elevator be allowed for usage by all upon their arrival especially with their luggage. It was really off and certainly need improvement on that one.

Parking is a mission if your car fits in the garage it is much better It really needs some elevators The blinds by the balcony needs to fixed up it is very difficult to close

Perfect location with a beautiful view.

The lift did not stop on our floor so we had to carry all our stuff up all the stairs and down again. Where I think this could be done even it was only available to take your things up and down on arrival and on departure. The garage parking was way too small for my SUV. The alternative parking that was available, wasn't covered and my car had to stand in the sun the whole day or under trees where the birds messed on most of the car. I strongly advise that you provide shading.
