Excellent communication from the owner. Location was perfect, as the caravan is about halfway between the indoor pool and beach area, and the White Horse area with the outdoor pool. (Approx 10mins or so to walk to either location). By using Booking.com instead of booking directly, we knew where it would be rather than having one allocated on such a massive site. Activity passes are an additional cost but reasonable (to use the pools and evening entertainment) but you can still use the beach, arcades and restaurants/bars without them. Caravan itself was nice. Only 1 shower, but 2 toilets and plenty of living/dining space. There is also space right in front of the caravan to park (had 2 cars and still space for other caravans' cars too).

When we checked in it stunk of cooking also there was body hair in toilet and shower also on the bed , access to the place was muddy so constantly getting mud on us . My wife and daughter slept on the sofa the whole time
