Superior n' Cozy Mozsar 6 Suite in the Heart of Budapest

Posizione ottima. La casa è a due passi da due fermate della metropolitana e a piedi si raggiungono bene sia il centro che la maggior parte dei luoghi di interesse. Nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile trovare sia supermercati che bar e ristoranti. Le camere sono ampie e nella casa sono presenti due bagni completi di doccia e molto comodi.

La casa è in un palazzo un po' fatiscente e in generale il contesto abitativo non è particolarmente curato. Nell'atrio di ingresso la presenza di bidoni della spazzatura condominiali genera cattivo odore e la presenza di mosche e moscerini, che erano presenti anche nell'appartamento al nostro arrivo. Nella sala living tavolo e divano sono piccoli, almeno per la mia famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazzi di oltre 1,80 m. Inoltre la mancanza di una tenda permette la totale visione dell'interno, visto che la casa è al piano terra. L'appartamento è poco luminoso e non ha uno spazio esterno. La cucina non è particolarmente attrezzata.

The furniture is modern, the apartment is tidy and has all the comforts. With a 20 minute walk you can reach the Danube, the house is in a central area of the city.

We loved very much staying in this apartment. It was smelling new and clean. Three TV sets. Wifi was good and reliable. The price was good, quiet place for sleeping, children were happy. Location was good, walking distance to the center, to metro station, to SPAR market etc.

Parking only on the street (sunday free). Paid parking lot available in about 50 meters. Missing a towel holder in the second bathroom Missing a garbage can in the kitchen Missing an extension cord for microwave (we had to relocate it) Issues with elecric heating.

We did like the location and the size of the property.

At the arrival the code for opening the door was not working. There were 2 big holes in a ceiling not showed in a pictures, cold air was coming from inside thought those holes. We stayed here in December. We arrived on Friday, the wifi was not working, we contacted the owner, he wrote back that he will come and check what is happening but he did not show up and ignored our messages through our stay. There were no hangers in a hallway and also no hangers in a bathroom, basic equipment was missing ( sharp knife…)
