Barmston Beach Maple Rise 69

Just back from 5 days at this lovely caravan with my 2 teens and our dog. Fantastic location right by the beach, dog friendly and a fab playing field just 1 minute walk away (great for the dog and energetic kids!) The caravan was exceptionally well equipped, everything you need for a comfortable stay, it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into this. It’s cosy, clean, warm, and welcoming - especially loved the little dog bowls and the secure decking. We felt very much at home. Thanks for a lovely visit - can definitely recommend!! :))

The caravan was absolutely gorgeous, it had more than everything that was needed, coupled with little touches. Perfectly located on the main drag but far enough away from the entertainment. There was a park just behind which was perfect for our little boy to play on. The beach is a few minutes walk away and is spotless. The caravan was very comfy, a home from home and we loved it so much we've booked for next year!

Lovely bed linen and towels. Air fryer big bonus. Veranda great. sat outside alot, very useful as the dog could not escape. Caravan close to amenities and the newly looking kids play area, which the grankids loved and the beach. Amenities on site, bit dated. Caravan home from home and the kids would like to return and compared it to being as good as all inclusive, would have liked to have stayed longer.

Quilts, like crisp bags, although good for hygiene reasons. Took my own, in case the ones provided were too high a tog, so no problem. What didn't like - going home.

Beach lovely but not very easy with a pram

The property was very clean and had a homey vibe. We had everything we needed (including an air fryer), the beds were comfortable, and there was a nice sitting area outside. The nearby beach is beautiful and quiet, which was perfect for us as our dogs could run free and happy. There is a little shop in the caravan park with all the essentials, a bar, a swimming pool, a soft play area, and more attractions for the kids. There is also a nice field for quiet walks with the dogs, where the kids can explore a bug hotel and meet some rabbit families (especially early morning and late afternoon). It’s a perfect place to stay for family holidays, and the fact that you don’t have to pay extra for the dogs is the cherry on top. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Dez was an excellent host.

There was nothing to dislike.

It was close to Bridlington and also horsea.
