Beautiful property in a fun, accessible corner of the city. It was very clean, well-built and maintained, and very comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and we really enjoyed lounging there and in the lovely garden. Having a gated parking area for our car was also very nice. The host was fantastic! Very friendly, proactive in accommodating us, responsive to our messages, and full of great tips. We’d definitely return here the next time we are in town.

Nothing really that we didn’t like, but one very minor quirk is that the downstairs shower door didn’t close entirely and the floor would be a puddle afterwards.

A lovely, quiet place not too far from the Convent, just a short half-hour walk to the center. The house is situated in a peaceful courtyard. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a second bedroom and bathroom, slightly smaller than the ones downstairs. You can use the owner’s garden pool, which is fantastic. The owner is also wonderful, a very friendly lady who is always ready to help. Highly recommended for a family stay in Valladolid.

There are many roosters living nearby, so if you’re a city dweller, their morning crowing might be your new, feathery alarm clock. 🐓🐔⏰

The apartment was beautifully finished. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was lovely after a hot day in the sun. There was a very short walk to the centre of Valladolid with lots of things to do. The host Jo was lovely. It was my daughter's birthday during our trip and Jo got her some birthday cake! She was also very helpful with local things to do. We had a fantastic stay.

Beautiful home in a perfect location with all the amenities and comforts! Beautifully decorated and atmospheric, with a very kind host on site to welcome you. The gardens are stunning and the site felt very secure, just on the edge of town so out of the main traffic and tourist routes.

We experienced some very celebratory (unfortunately loud) neighbours--fortunately earplugs and noise machines were provided, which was useful for blocking these and other noises (like local roosters).
