"Great Location with good facilities and Hosts"

Location was perfect as I was working on a site near Fair Green B&B. I didn't get to stay long as I was off to work early the next day. I would definitely stay here again.

"Real home from home stay on a work trip - highly recommended"

Location - its a 5 minute walk into the town centre WIFI - superfast broadband Room / house - absolutely spotless Host - Patrick is a real gentleman, and super flexible - very responsive and eager to make our stay perfect.

Shared bathroom is the only thing I would change, but this in itself did not tarnish our stay at all.
