Good location. About half hour stroll or 5 minute taxi ride (around €3-4) nice quiet location. Very spacious

Had to contact the host a couple times to get things fixed upon arrival. Broken door which resulted in 1 of the group hurting finger (got trapped) this was fixed quickly. Shower head broke off in 1 of the bathrooms, again this was fixed quickly. See picture of finger due to broken door (completely fell off) I think the villa just needs a bit of TLC (definitely new sunbeds) & it would be perfect. In my opinion not everything gets checked over after guests leave as the issues raised would have been seen before our arrival

Beautiful villa, great facilities in a quite location, short bus ride or taxi from town center. Taxi rank & bus stop close by. Very large Villa, plenty of indoor space. Really enjoyed the 76" TV, pool table & jacuzzi. Great pool, plenty of sun loungers, nice BBQ area. Nice gesture to receive free bottle of wine on arrival. Welcome pack included free water, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets plus a few washing machine tablets, tea towels & a dish cloth etc, which was unexpected. Met host Suzanne on arrival, very friendly & helpful.

Nearby mini supermarket quite expensive. Villa was 25 min walk from town center, so needed a taxi or bus most days. Taxis only take 4 people max, we were a party of 7 people, so always needed 2 taxis! Nothing wrong with Villa, sun loungers abit faded, could be updated. A Pizza cutter, a few flat baking trays and an extra rack in oven would be useful.

Good size for 8 people, close to taxi rank but also close enough to walk to beach restaurants, which was needed as we couldn’t really enjoy the villa due to the issues.

The pool caused chlorine / chemical burns to our children. Whilst they came to resolve the pool issues the following day, unfortunately the children suffered more burns on their second use so we were unable to use the pool for our whole stay. We had intermittent running water for our whole stay, there were periods of no water to the upstairs of the property and no attempts were made by the host to resolve the issues, we were told it is common to have low pressure at certain times of the day! It was non existent at some points and 8 of us had to use the downstairs shower only with very low pressure. It made washing dishes, general cleaning and basic hygiene difficult, especially in the upstairs of the property. We requested to be relocated, as they accepted the issues, but this dragged on and we were only staying for a week so that never happened.

Spacious, clean, outdoor area was great.

New sunbeds would be better as current ones are looking tired. A few more towel hooks in the bathrooms would be good for towels. New cooker needed in kitchen as it isn’t sealed properly causing the knobs on the oven to get extremely hot. Also chopping boards would be great.

Good location with taxis at the end of the street and a small hotel supermarket around the corner. Villa size was great for the 7 of us, great air con kept everywhere well chilled. Small library that we all used and a great big 76" TV down stairs.

Its still a 20 ish year old villa so don't expect perfection but of the last 3 that we have stayed in this has been easily the best/newest/best equipped. Sunloungers could do with a top soft covering as not the most comfy when on all day.
