The easy assess to the water, and gas.

The rooms had bugs, you should add a gate to get quicker access to the docs, and the food at the restaurant was very disappointing, and we ate their multiple times

Rooms are clean and updated, very comfortable. Beautiful view of the river.

I had no idea there were rooms here, I have rode by it a few times, so happy we stopped here, the rooms are huge, the beds are comfy and the water pressure is really good.

The staff is great. The whole place is a vibe. Great pool area with a swim up bar and live music. They keep the children out of the bar side of the pool, which is nice. Rooms are large with a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and storage. Don't forget your own plates and utensils if you plan to make food in your room. All rooms have a river view with a nice patio. There is a bit of a problem with these tiny little gnats in the bathroom, but kind of to be expected near the water. Boat slips available for a descent price.

The trains! Although we were aware of this and out of their control, be aware they run all day and night. They offer ear plugs in the rooms, but not everyone can sleep with them in. The restaurant food is just okay.
