The location.

The bed was crammed into the room so small I had to climb over the bed to get to the window, the sink leeks, the lights go on and off, the kettle did the same, the sofa bed is full of staines, in fact the only room that was good was the shower room.

The location was perfect! It was a very cosy apartment that was well equipped and so clean. I loved that fact we had free parking that was the main reason I booked and it didn’t disappoint. Amazing welcome pack which so much information inside and also a great touch with a discount card for all sorts.

Location was great and bonus free parking. It was clean and comfy.

Need better directions from the car park we couldn’t find the door. TV would not connect to the internet so was not a smart tv during our stay. Struggled to get the radiator to work in the bathroom, eventually got it to work. Nasty stain on the sofa bed which was a bit off putting. Could not get the 2nd chair to open.

Very convenient for the city - an easy walk. The apartment was compact but had all the essentials. It was clean and comfortable.

A few basics were in short supply or not available as promised on the spec.(soap)

Very convenient location. Apartment was nicely appointed. Very useful having a washing machine.

It would have been useful to have a couple of pyrex microwavable dishes with lids, as I had to use a cereal bowl with a side plate as a lid.

Location was close to city centre, less than 10 mins walk to the main city Square. Everything we needed was in one space. Sofa was more comfortable than it appears. Fridge had adequate space. TV is a smart TV. Enough cutlery & crockery for 4 people, was randomly only 5 mugs though. 😂 Free parking included. Welcome pack was a nice touch.

Very small, hard to manoeuvre around the bed or in the shower. Shower pressure was next to none. Quite hard to find from the car parking space, we had to call for directions as we spent 15 minutes wondering & it's not highlighted or directed on the welcome pack we were emailed. Smaller than it looks on the picture. Very close to the road & very noisy if the windows are open. Traffic also drives VERY fast down the road outside. Quite warm without the fan we took, if you open the windows it does create breeze but with the added traffic noise. There was also an incident early hours where the road was blocked off & police lights flashing outside the window kept us awake. The fire alarm randomly started going off at 1am this morning for no reason also.

The property is ideally located for both driving in and out of York and walking to the old city.

The apartment is very small with barely enough room to walk around the bed. There is a lot of traffic noise and the apartment has no cooling so gets hot in warm weather. Opening the windows does provide a lovely breeze but also increased traffic noise. The kitchen could do with some basic utensils like tongs, salad bowl, microwave dishes, saucepan lids, can opener. Two venetian blinds need repair and a blockout blind in the bedroom would be useful for better sleep.

The apartment was spotless and perfect for a couple nights stay. The bathroom was a decent size and spotless. The welcome bag was perfect! The location was perfect for the Barbican, and also a close walk away to all the main places to visit. Although on a main road the apartment was fairly quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable

The bedroom was very small and we found it difficult to maneuver around the room. There was also little storage space. Would be an issue for anything more than a couple of nights
