Ottima la posizione rispetto al mare ed al centro. Ottima la pulizia, mobilio moderno e nuovo. La cucina è dotata di tutto ciò che serve ed è tutto nuovo. Smart tv con possibilità di usare le principali piattaforme.

La seconda camera da letto non ha il riscaldamento e non è facile da scaldare. La posizione rispetto al parcheggio non è comoda ma in Liguria è normale che sia così. Scale decisamente impegnative per i non giovanissimi.
