Location- close to the railway/bus station and 5min walk to the historic centre and to the beach. Quiet shared courtyard for breakfast/ sitting out. Good sized room, including small sitting area, modern bathroom

Room had no windows, only source of natural light being from the glazed doors leading onto the shared courtyard area. Hence very dark when these were closed , or when we had curtain drawn across for privacy . Tea and coffee making facilities in room but otherwise poorly equipped e.g no cutlery, plates, bowls or glasses.. Host provided glasses when asked- but felt uncomfortable bothering them every time we required something, plus host ( who lives in a separate part of the property )wasn’t always available . Would be better if these items were available in the room. Breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate but available at an additional 10euro per person. We had breakfast on the first morning which consisted of melon, small cartons of yogurt and pastries- which seemed poor value for 20€.

Flexible check in ( we spend only one day in Cefalù). All is extremely clean and confi... the breakfast amazing... And the location is the best... 5 mins from the beach

Room not serviced for second day . Old furnishings not too comfortable.

The best feature was the lovely garden outside our room.

No window in the room. A bit cramped.

Within walking distance to beach. Pretty garden. Safe area.

We were 20 minutes early and had to come back 20 mins later even though our room was ready.

Lovely location near both Cefalu train station and the beach and just a short walk to the old town. Extra bonus for superb gelato and cake shop next door. The garden in front of the rooms is also nice to relax. Owner was very accommodating even if we arrived a bit earlier than agreed before.

The bathroom was a little bit cramped - for example, the socket you could access only when moving the shelf.
