"Exceptional"

The instruction booklet stated that the property was not posh. That is true but it was absolutely perfect for a large family get together. It had all necessary cooking equipment and, of course, every bedroom was en-suite which everyone appreciated. It was good to have a dining table we could all sit around. It was good that dogs are welcome.

"Great value space, ideal for groups!"

All bedrooms were a good size and had en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and lounge was spacious.

Property needed TLC in some areas - handles missing off bathroom door, oven not working fully. Some road noise.

"Fabulous and perfect for large groups"

The way the property is kitted out is fantastic. We had a big group and we wanted to do crafting and so the amazing table was perfect. The property is well equipped in every manner for the number of people. We had an amazing time. We had people coming from Newcastle and also Reading and so location was good and central
