privacy, nice neighborhood

The property was nice and clean. The kids liked the house a lot. They loved the color and the kind size beds as well. They have everything you need for a nice stay.

The cleanliness

Much smaller than the pictures depicted. The description on booking.com did not mention that it was a basement apartment.

Clean and comfortable beds

Basement has low ceilings, parking on road, VERY loud in the basement with tenants upstairs not observing 9pm quiet hours. We came back from a long day on the ball field with an early wake up call to a party going on upstairs. Owner needs to communicate better about the property being a triplex with strict quiet hours and not being a party house.
