Ponderosa 611, Las Americas, one bedroom apartment with large terrace and ocean view, next to Siam Park

Przyznaję, że czytałem przed rezerwacją opinie o tym, że gospodarz jest trudny w kontakcie, ale nie sądziłem, że aż tak może zrujnować pobyt. W drugi dzień pobytu postanowiliśmy rozłożyć kanapę w salonie i znaleźliśmy na niej pluskwę. Zrobiliśmy zdjęcie i zawiadomiliśmy gospodarza, który wydawał się wkurzony, że mu przerywamy jakiś wypad, ale pojawil sie po kilku godzinach ze specjalistą od fumigacji(którego mają pod reką, bo obiekt ma problemy z karaluchami). Potem poinformował nas, że spryskali mieszkanie, nic nie znaleźli i możemy w nim zostać albo możemy wziąc apartament na tym samym piętrze. Okazało się, że apartament znajduje się dokładnie za ścianą poprzedniego z prawie taką samą kanapą. Dlatego też od razu zaczęliśmy sprawdzać, czy z tą kanapą w jest ok i po chwili znaleźliśmy znowu coś pluskwopodobonego w zagłówku (wyslalismy filmik). Właściciel zaoferował lokal w innym miejscu, ale za 2 dni, kiedy mu się zwolni, a my juz chcieliśmy ten problem mieć za sobą, więc zarezerwowaliśmy na nasz koszt 2 noce w innym hotelu. Po 2 dniach nie było kontaktu z właścicielem, a gdy w końcu się do niego dodzwoniliśmy ok. 16:00 poinformował nas, że nie mamy o czym rozmawiać, bo TO MY PODŁOŻYLIŚMY PLUSKWY PRZYWOŻĄC JE W SŁOIKU Z POLSKI. Nie wiem co to za chory umysł, ale jego argumentem było to, że znaleźliśmy tak szybko pluskwę w apartamencie PRZYLEGAJĄCYM DO POPRZEDNIEGO no i że nic nie znalazł spec od karaluchów, rozłączył się i już nie było z nim kontaktu. Koniec końców o 16:00 nagle musieliśmy szukać noclegu na resztę dni wczasów. Cały wyjazd kosztował nas dodatkowe 2000 EURO, a obiekt nawet nie zwrócił nam za niewykorzystane noce, a kaucję dopiero po interwencji bookingu. Podsumowując, gospodarz zrujnował nam wakacje. Pluskwy to jedno, ale właściciel z problemami to jest większy problem. A przywłaszczone sobie nasze pieniądze właścicielu przekaż na jakąś fundację, żeby coś dobrego z tego było, jeśli masz choć krztę godności.

Foarte aproape de mijloace de transport și atracții. Apartamentul era echipat cu absolut tot ce aveai nevoie.

Location war super, der Gastgeber war auch sehr nett hat uns am 2 oder 3 Tag sogar extra einen Cheap für aufsperren gebracht um uns die Zeit bei Password eingeben zu sparren, die Aussicht ist super toll, man ist wenige gefühlt direkt neben den Eingang von Siam Park, die Einwohner der Gebäude sind nicht alle Touristen sondern die Gebäude ist normale Wohnsiedlung mit paar Apartments für Touristen. Es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung von drinnen an sich wirklich sehr sehr neu und schön, Balkon aussicht auf sehr nice, Parkplätze gibt es auch vor Gebäude allerdings dürft ihr nicht spät züruck kehren sonnst werden sie alle vergeben und die Tor geschlossen. Es gibst auch sehr viele Supermärkte in der nähe und an sich war es die Wohnung von der Preis wert.

Der Gastgeber hat auf unsere Nachrichten auf Booking nicht zuvor geantwortet was die Zeit für ankommen angeht, wir müssten erstmal vor Ort gute 20min warten bis er ankam weil ihn die Leute kannten und kontaktiert hatten, aber es war nichts dramtisches. Was aber dramatisch war ist der Schwimmbad..reine katastrophe leider haben sich meine Bilder alle gelöscht vor paar Tagen sonnst hättet ihr gesehen wie schlimm es war..der Schwimmbad war Tage davor geschlossenn ohne Wasser warum auch immer, dann die letzten 2Tage unserer aufenthalt geöffnet, aber nach nicht mal 1 Tag wieder zu gemacht, weil die Wasser mittlerweile dunkel Grün/Gelb geworden ist..wirklich sehr dreckig. Was den Bar und spiele wie Billiard unten neben den Schwimmbad angig, auch sehr schlecht..Billiard funktionierte nicht mal hat unseres Geld geschluckt aber nichts raus gekommen, Leute von Bar könnten uns auch nicht dabei helfen und daher, dass es keine Englisch sprachige hostes gabs, könnte man da nichts machen. Die Anlage ist vor Eingang sehr schmutzig und die Fenster eingegschlagen, aber wie schon angesprochen es ist ja eine normale Wohnsiedling und kein Hotel und am ende des Tages zählt die innenraum des Apartments und die war super, daher die guten Noten von vorher.

The owners! Please be aware that the people who manage this property are just after your money, no consequence to individual circumstances. I unfortunately had to change my plans and stay north of the island as my father was in hospital. I originally asked if the dates could be extended to which they promptly replied yes. When i advised i needed to cancel and remain in Santa Cruz, i heard nothing. Followed up twice, as did Booking.com. I had to cancel in the end and pay 50% fees if i had left it to wait for a reply they would have taken the full £700+ Enjoy your stay! But just a little observation for you

Can’t fault the apartment at all, gorgeous and a lovely view with everything we needed, nice and clean. Very close to Siam park which for us was very handy as that’s one of the main reasons we visit (we could see the slides from out the front)

Overall the hotel was rather run down and there was alot of construction going on which woke me up one night at 3am as something was going on outside. The communication was sadly awful too between the owner and ourselves, it was quite stressful as even when we had got to the apartment I hadn’t heard back from the owner about getting in. Luckily the man on reception was able to ring someone to get us in. Overall the hotel needs alot of work.

better communication before travelling would be helpful had to email owner 5 days before arrival to find out how to access apt. and his instructions didnt work for the combination lock but luckily a cleaner returned to collect something and gave us code for door also there no instructions for appliances that were all polish and there was a safe which was locked so couldn't use it
