"Overall the apartment itself was great, the building and surroundings that it sits within, needs work!"

The beds were comfy. The apartment was finished to a high standard. It had air con. Location was right between las America’s and Adeje and across the road from the bus station, so really easy to get anywhere.

The reception area and lifts are not of a high standard. The pool is in need of maintenance. There was no dust pan and brush or hoover to keep the floor clean, it got really grubby!

Very clean!!! Beautiful view of the ocean

Construction noise. They are renovating but at some point they ll be done soon
