Ponderosa 807, Las Americas, one bedroom apartment with large terrace and ocean view, next to Siam Park

Location, large balcony with a great view to enjoy breakfast.

The pan needs to be replaced.

The apartment was great!very up to date and veiw was amazing

Was NOT informed that the main pool would be out of service due to structural work happening when made the booking.The only impirtant information advertised with this apartment is that work was carried out in 2023 not this year(see photos).The first 2 days had the noise of them hacking off tiles in this pool which was noisy but bearable seeing our balcony/terrace was right over the pool.Then the rest of our stay we could not stay in the apartment from 10 a.m until 5 p.m due to them jack hammering around the pool!The noise was unbearable and this happened every day after for the whole duration of our stay.The smaller pool could be used but it was a jump away from the work being carried out so the noise would be even wose.Tried to contact the host and was met with silence,either ignored or they just dont look at their messages.The work that they are doing is not a week or so job so i would not book to stay here for the next few months

Apartment facilities were good for the cost. Hairdryer, airer, hoover, mop etc were really useful to have. Good amount of towels and bedding available. Location was excellent. A good variety of food and drink available by the pool.

Pool was unclean with tiles falling off daily into the pool which were sharp. No toilet roll or hand soap available in the foyer toilets for the entire week, used predominantly by pool users - when we informed staff it was declined and told to use our apartment. Improvements being done to the hotel during our stay in August, so unfortunately relaxation by the pool was not always possible due to noisy tools being used. Had to change bedsheet on arrival as a clean one had not been put on.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ponderosa 807 apartment in Las Americas. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The large terrace was a standout feature, providing a perfect space to relax with stunning ocean views. Being so close to Siam Park was a huge plus, and the surrounding area was vibrant yet not too noisy, making it easy to enjoy both the local attractions and some quiet downtime. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Las Americas.

Apartment is not good for the price (around 145 Eur per night). Balkony has nice view but 100% sun and no umbrella etc.

The whole house is 40% under construction, flats being renovated from scratch, so extremely noise. Spend 20% of my vacation waiting for the only (bad) working elevator. On ground floor it seems like mafioso have taken over the building, smoking in lobby, nice cars (AMG, BMW 7, Porsche...). Ahhh, and one day we had no water at all for 4h.
