The staff was very hospitable and helpful. The food was very good.

Location is nice and View was excellent from big valley facing rooms with a balcony. Rooms are fitted with all new modern facilities and good quality furniture and furnishings. Food quality is good though a bit oily.

The parking is area at the property is pretty steep with fully loaded cars having to struggle to get on to the main road. Parking is also available in their second property on the main road. Staff though very particular about cleanliness are too enthusiastic to start early morning dragging chairs and sofas around mindless of the fact that some guests might still be sleeping. Trekking options are limited around the property.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming and tried really hard to communicate with us in English. The breakfast was delicious and we had incredible views from out balcony. Can definitely recommend a stay here!

There was nothing I found that I didn’t like; the stay was flawless.

View from the room was quite good. Balcony was a big plus and it also had two chairs and a small table. Location was peaceful. Room was clean and linen was fresh. Food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffet was also quite good with nice preparation. Staff was easy to reach and provided immediate support.

Towels were old and worn out. Shower head needed replacing and wasn't working well. Room booked was Premium but despite the price difference it seemed like a normal one. Hotel is locked from inside at 10pm after which one can't venture out. That was quite odd as we wanted to take a walk at night. The slope to reach hotel is quite steep though they had drivers who readily assisted with driving the car down and up.
