Great location. Lovely property.

The only area that could be improved was the sofa bed downstairs, which I feel could be changed for a proper bed.

Loved the welcome from the very beginning. Everything was made so easy for us. Gaining access to the property was simple, well stocked games, two lounge areas, great kitchen nook, long garden area with space to wash and dry clothes. Heaps of beds to choose from. Lovely welcome pack. Close walk to an amazing award winning bakery 🤓

We rotated sleeping in different rooms so tried out 2 rooms, one of the doubles seemed to dip on one side so nearly kept rolling out. The bunk room was obviously too short for an adult but had to turn off all the night lights as they kept going off every time I rolled over. Thermostat was set on heat during summer heat wave but was turn off with the help of the property guide.

Perfect instructions and great communication from the host. Even sent us recommendations on things going on in the area over the weekend which was really helpful. Lovely house and great seating areas for our group so we could have meals and social time together in the evenings. Literally a few minutes walk from the train station and local pubs & restaurants. We are thinking about booking for next year already we had such a great time.

The property is very centrally located, train station and bike hire at your door step (you can’t hear the trains, no worries about the noise). Minutes walk to village centre and the restaurants and pubs, so convenient. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a family. Fully equipped kitchen even with cooking oil and all sorts of spices. Onsite parking, fast WiFi and nice shower. Great communications with the owners Julia and James. Fast reply to messages, very friendly and helpful. I forgot my plugs in the house and Julia found them and kindly help to post them back to me. Can’t thank you enough Julia, we loved the New Forest and the Railway Terrace, we’ll be back again!

Very nice space to spend time with a group. Top quality furnishings and decor with a lovely location. Communications were truly excellent and made things so easy.

Good location, the kids loved the bunk bed room, plenty of living space.

More suitable for two families as one room is bunk beds. But we did know this before we arrived.
