The host has done a wonderful job—the stay was very comfortable and the check-in process was seamless thanks to their clear assistance.

Unfortunately, the building's lifts are incredibly slow. Waiting 15+ minutes is common during checking out hour, which is particularly difficult for guests with mobility needs. I saw a person in a wheelchair stuck waiting indefinitely even after we decided to take the stairs. Great unit, but be prepared for a long wait at the elevators.

The room was nice and clean and cool and spacious

Check in was easy.

So many defect in property,and parking. For person like me i took my team for a vacation and booked this homestay,after booking was completed, there was no any update during or after booking that vehicle like,van or starex kind of vehicle can’t be parked at the free parking that was provided by the homestay due to the building structure is low. After reach the homestay i had to call the management and they told us to park below but we got to pay each day RM48 or per exit there will be charges. Other OPTION is to park out side of the building at our own risk. Is this even a solution.For defect that we had during our stay, airconds were not functining well and water was dropping. Main door,room doors and bathrooms lock was not working properly there were times where we had to ask someone to wait at the door so it doesnt open. Dressing table drawers were broken.. sink coway water was dripping on the floor. Aircond was not cooling.Inform all this to the management they promise to send their techinician early around 8.++ evening but we had to leave out for Dinner so left the keys at the locker room and inform the management & after coming back at 10.30pm room still the same no techincican came, around 11.30pm techinician approaching knocking the door,where someone is sleeping already the tecchniciam came during that time…#Terinble
