Waiting for the lift. Parking on the 10th floor. No stairs excess straight to the parking floor. Fire escape leads to nowhere, that's dangerous if there is a fire. Bomba check should check and advice Management.

the property got good facilities - pool and gym at the 11th floor which is the highlight. nearby jelutong market got nice cheap food and it's a short drive to the city center

I was able to tolerate the fact that the apartment was not ready at 3pm for check-in. The cleaner was not informed so we had to wait till 4.30pm before we were able to go in. However, what is unacceptable is that we only got 1 lift access card for the 5 of us. The car park access card does not work for the lift. Which means, all 5 of us need to go everywhere together, including going to the 11th floor. The lift is also extremely busy, only 4 lifts serving 41 floors, sometimes it took us 30mins, never less than 5 mins. So the situation is very bad with only 1 lift card. The car park is at the 8th floor... AND despite booking.com advising us not to make any payments outside the system, we were asked to pay a RM200 deposit otherwise we do not get details for keys collection. We have to remind 3 days after check-out to get a refund of that deposit.
