They robbed us and lied about over occupancy! I cannot find T&Cs anywhere which states no visitors allowed. Kept £250 security deposit and lied and said the property needed extra cleaning when it didn't at all. Do not stay here unless you want to get conned!!!

The host mainly. He's a Con man and a bare faced lier who steals innocent guests money innthe form of deposits. STAY AWAY

It was dirty. The hallways were badly stained, there was a hole in the wall and when we entered the room the window looked out onto construction scaffolding with workmen looking straight into our room. My daughter and I felt very unsafe.

Very central location and secure parking which is very handy. It had everything we needed including a coffee machine with coffee provided which helped the hangovers.

Flat in a great location, super handy if coming by train. Nicely finished too. Staff also went above and beyond when helping with arranging car park spaces - would definitely recommend this place!

Nothing. BE AWARE with the FALSE ADVIRTISING, they lie about the conditions of the building. We had to book a hotel as soon as we saw the state of the building, corridors and apartment. The apartment looks fine on the photos on booking, but they don’t show all the mess the building is in… (see attached photos).

The worse thing is how they lie to get your money and then tell you the truth little by little the day you arrive to the apartament so you can’t cancel your booking anymore. The inconvinience was obvious and they do not accept to give us our money back, even knowing we hadn’t used the apartment due to the terrible conditions of it all and having several messages saying sorry for the invconvinience and accepting the mess. Just to give you an idea: - We got there, they gave us false instructions of where the key was, once we were there, looking fo the keys, the send me a message telling me they were sorry but the key was in a shop a few streets away. We had to walk there with all the luggage, pushchair, kid, baby, etc. - We got there and the building was surrounded buy scaffolders. We got into the apartment, the sofa was broken and the only thing you could see is the dirty windows and the scaffolders outside. - We asked for a cot for my 1 year old and they didn’t have one there ready. - The floors were sticky and the table was set and full of dust… - The corridors are DISGUSTING, impossible to describe the amount of dirt, stains and holes on the walls… (see photos attached for details, I can only attach a few, i have lots). I don’t usually give my opinion on booking or other webpages, but I think this needs to be known. Even the workers there admited how bad it was and told us the building is taking a long long time to try to be fixed due to the conditions of it…

Nice rooms - towels provided, shower gel and shampoo also provided which was a nice surprise. I sometimes struggle with changing to a pillow I'm not used to but slept brilliantly. The building is quiet at night too, and is just round the corner from the main shopping area which was great.

the stained carpet in communal areas are disgusting. blood stained and badly water marked. They are replacing the cladding so building surrounded by scaffolding. Access area is not good

The apartment was so clean , done up so nicely and came with so many extras. Netflix , wifi, shower stuff, blankets, hairdryer. It was beautiful and right beside every shopping centre, location was so good
