Safe nice caravan park - definitely better than a Parkdean or Centre Parc. The neighbours were nice and friendly. The pool was nice and warm, we swam everyday and the amenity passes were included in the stay. The wifi was good at this place.

I wish it had included some basic amenities like washing up liquid and hand soap. We also did not realise until checking in that we had to bring our own towels. I understand why they do that but I think it should be made more obvious in the check in instructions as we didn't bring any and had to go to St Austell to buy some.

Nothing about the caravan it’s old and smelly, it shouldn’t be sold to people

Do not book here, it is old and the caravan smells musty, we walked in this caravan and walked back out 10 minutes later we had to cut our holiday short, bathroom has marks and mould and the bedding on the beds smelt like it hadn’t been washed, not even part refund offered by owners, I only booked after the rating I saw but not sure how it has that rating something strange going on.

I wasn't really expecting much from this holiday, just simply I could bring our dog and it was a dog friendly beach! But it surprised expectations, ..... The holiday home was GORGEOUS, supererbly clean and welcoming. It was very spacious for us as a family of 4, and came with everything you needed for it to be a home from home.... The views from the caravan are stunning and i will never forget, the walk to the beach is literally 2 mins . Par beach was beautiful, the park itself was kept up to a high standard and very clean and peaceful. The Hosts were brilliant with their communication, and you can see they're putting their guests' needs first. Honestly, we had the best time and would love to book again for next year. Thank you so much 😁 What a special place ❤️🏖

Absolutely nothing

The caravan was exceptional and had everything that was needed.

The facilities on site were limited. The nearest shop was too far. There was very little for children to do. The beach was not nice. The amount of seaweed was ridiculous and the sand was not acceptable to sit on due to the amount of insects.
