Excellent location. Rooms lovely lots of nice extra little touches, tea coffee biscuits crisps mini fridge with cans and water in. Decorated lovely too. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very well thought out. Excellent location and exceptionally clean. The small touches like the free toiletries, water coffee tea, hot chocolate crisps, and mini fridge all added to the experience. Excellent value for money will definitely be back .

Excellent communication. Really good price. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location, short walk to winter gardens where we were attending for a dance competition. My daughter loved the complimentary snacks, mirrors and decent sized telly with netflix.

Very surprised at the room well worth the money. TV size was great to as the TV looked pretty small on the pictures.

Location was good and easy to find

16 Havelock Street was positioned well for the event we were attending. Communications from the owner were excellent and gaining access was extremely easy with clear instructions. The room was really clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. There was a limited view as our room was facing the back of the building, so to be expected. There was little noise from the street or other guests and the bed was very comfortable.

The room and bathroom were quite cold, but the owners have noted that they continue to make upgrades and the heating is on the list. So this will make the room even more excellent.
