I recently had the pleasure stay in this flats, and it was truly exceptional. The cleanliness and comfort of the flat were top-notch, making it a delightful home away from home. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment did not go unnoticed. The staff members were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their commitment to providing excellent service added an extra layer of warmth to the entire experience. Any questions or requests were met with prompt and courteous responses. I reached but no one opened. The person did not reply or send the passcode to open the door. I was with family and waited for an hour with family that included kids at midnight and left disappointed with no one responding to calls or texts.

Clean and quiet place

There is no reception. Be careful, this is not a real hotel. You will see a normal building from outside I have arrived and contacted them, but no one was responding to me for more than one hour, and I stayed in my car trying to reach them out but their phone is closed. Egypt person is living in Egypt using a KSA mobile number and contact you only via WhatsApp. Fake people, and I start shouting on them and threatening them that I will call the police if I didn’t have my room ready shortly, and after 2 hours waiting in the street, they said Ok. I will never come back agin

Received 2 balloons & small box of dates on national day event.

We stayed 3 months before and again we chose the same property for 7 nights believing that it would charm us with its space & facility provided but by surprise ... 1) Washing Machine not working. (provided items should be checked before renting out & should not take guest staying time for fixing). 2) No cleaning or housekeeping provided for the apartment (guest should self clean or stay like that) 3) One time garbage collected only in 7 nights stay. 4) A/C filters were extremely dirty with dust clogging the air. 5) One of the bedroom window frame was not fixed properly and lizards and bugs were coming from there.

Despite the initial inconvenience, the room provided was comfortable and clean,(But many of the electrical lights, boiler etc not connected) Clean bed cover and quilt.

I was over charged instead of the agreed SAR, and the late-night payment collection at 12:45 am was inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of a reception desk upon arrival and initial resistance to providing the reserved room were highly frustrating. Un clean Washroom, Water flooding washroom..

Location was far from masjid nabawi but if driving or using taxi should be ok
