Notre arrivée même tardive a été merveilleusement bien gérer. Certes cela a été pénible pour la personne, mais elle nous a bien reçu. L’appartement quand à lui est fidèle aux photos , même bien plus beau . Le propriétaire a pensé à tout , au moindre détail. Du Tupperware, aux jeux de plages pour enfants. Vraiment c’est un très bel appartement.

La présence malheureusement de petite bête.Mais bon nous sommes dans un pays où il fait chaud . Ce sont les aléas

Loved the clean apartment & how secure it was. Also in a great location & so near my sister in laws place who we were meeting up with. Also the pools were lovely & gardens

"Quiet Accomodation not listed in Tourist Land"

A great quiet location not fully surrounded by tourists and only 45 mins drive from Alicante Airport. Two unheated outdoor pools are in the grounds and each bedroom is big enough to fit a travel cot. Property was ideal for a young family.

The AC is paid for separately via €1 or €2 coins into a meter by the fuse box. A few Euros go a long way in early May but I could see this becoming expensive in warmer months. Only one restaurant on the waterfront, the Nautilus, which is amazing but expensive. However, there is a lot of building going on in the area so this may change in the future.
