"Good location but quite old apartment."

* Very good location * Host doesn't ask for deposit * Water filter * Good parking location only in level 1 * The building has many lifts * Honesty snack cabinet. They have transparent cabinet with snacks and noodles and honesty jar to put money if we consume any of that. * Some prayer rugs are provided. * Good view from the house.

* Out of 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has no aircond * Out of 2 bathrooms, only 1 bathroom has water heater * The house is in old apartment. By itself it shouldn't be necessarily bad. The floor seems a cement which is covered by plastic laminate and not a tile. I am just worried I might tear that plastic laminate.
