I liked the bed was comfortable and handy for work locations. The host was very nice and helpful.

I know it is a shared kitchen but I think if I was using the hob it could be more tidier and cleaner for improvement. Maybe the bathroom too.

I asked if there was tea and coffee available upon arrival, as advertised, but was told there were none. I'm surprised that I'm now being asked to rate this experience.

The host was cold from the onset. I was given a downstairs room that was not prepared and appeared to be used for storage. There was no television or Netflix as advertised, and no information was provided about the WiFi. The noise from the laundry machines made the stay unbearable, as the room was right next to them. The bed was not made and one of the sheets had stains. The heating was poor, and there were many other items stored in the room. I can't help but feel I was placed in this room based on my skin colour, as it was not one of the advertised rooms. There was only one other car in the parking lot, so I doubt the upstairs rooms were full. Otherwise, it's a nice home, but this was a very poor experience.

Kevin was available & approachable for check in & even allowed a late check out.

The kitchen was a little cluttered but there was a few guests in addition to myself.

The host came to our rescue quickly.

Maybe a little tlc, no biggie, it happens in some locations.

Honestly, nothing. The property did not match the description and the experience was extremely disappointing.

The property is advertised as a hostel, but it is actually a private house where the owner lives. The room I received was not the one shown in the photos. The place was cluttered, dirty, and very poorly maintained. The information about the distance to the city centre was also misleading. In addition, the host behaved unprofessionally and I was even asked to remove my shoes when entering the house, which felt inappropriate for paid accommodation. When I reported the issue, neither the host nor Booking.com properly resolved the situation or refunded my money.

Everything else, room looked nothing like picture on site nor did the kitchen, room was cluttered and not particularly clean, curtains did not fit windows, bedding was not even matching but I think it was at least clean, side cabinet was definitely not clear, there was no side table for lamp and wires for extension leads all over. The kitchen had washing stacked and sides were cluttered with dirty plates. All in if I could have left and go somewhere else I would of

Shared bathroom., which was dirty, Wet floors, wet tissue on floor. Wet used flannel on floor. Could not bare to use the bathroom. No toilet roll and none available. No greeting. No instructions. Soiled dirty pillows in bedroom. Windows falling out of frames with 2 inch gap letting in cold air. And many other issues. Should not be allowed to rent out on platform like this. Picture of property must be very old!
