Casa Madero #1, Central Studio Apartment 1 Block From Malecon

I like how it has almost everything but a stove. It was secured with your own keys to lock the doors. Literally a block from the malecon.

It had lots of bugs and cockroaches and the light outside would turn off while trying to get in. The location is a block away but it’s dark walking at night time. Lack of communication from the owner. Surrounded by abandoned buildings.owner should inform there are others staying and shouldn’t have double locked the front gate.

The mattress cover was plastic so it was kinda uncomfortable at night

Nothing

The room was by the gate, by the road, noisy. Did not have hot plate or stove though it was advertised as with kitchenette, nothing to cook with. It was only 15 degree at night, only a very thin dust cover on top of sheet, no blanket. Did not allow myself to be treated in such way paying so match and suffer from cold. Contacted Booking.com, was told it was very unlikely to get the blanket that night, requested refund and left. Booking.com confirmed someone named Edwardo they contacted had agreed me refund but for 3 weeks never received written confirmation, and later the property even denied ever agreed for refund. Such property doesn’t give customer proper treatment and play Booking.com around is still been listed, it’s for Booking.com to decide. I demand my full 2 days refund.

Close to the waterfront district. Easy self check in

A little run down. We had a pretty strong smell coming out of the shower drain.

The owner was awesome, and super kind. Location was great. No complaints.

Good location, good equipments, clean, water and coffee

the curtain shading degree was not enough.

I came to La Paz looking for a good inexpensive dentist and he introduced me to his dentist which turned out to be just the one I was looking for. I start on the 23rd.

The heat was a bit oppressive and the prices in the restaurants were quite a bit higher than expected. So nothing really to do with the apartment.
