Very well managed, clean and much better than the photos. Well equipped with all a home would need for an accommodation such as this.

It would have been nice if the back door can be easily opened for more ventilation. When we came it was the hottest time of summer in the UK and the upper floor rooms were very hot.

The the house is nice and the beds are good the location was alright had to walk a bit to shops but not too bad the location was also quite which i liked the kitchen was in excellent condition and so was the front room

If you are letting it for just a night i.e. for concerts football maybe putting a pint milk in fridge and maybe small individual butter and jams and if you having sugar then sachets are better as the sugar that was left had coffee in so unusable and let people know the stairs are very steep and the wall thing at side front door is dangerous when its dark as you have to go to the right to turn light on and if like me have knee replacement knee and fell over it could be a problem and i dont drink but if someone was drunk and fell over it could seriously get hurt. Went to use the remote for the front room tv and low battery suddenly pops up so maybe new batteries put in. Others must of tripped over the step thingy as it was already loose.

It was really clean, the area felt safe and it met our needs completely. The host was really responsive and kind throughout the booking process. We attended for a girls conference at Audacious Church and the location was only 10 minutes from there. The host was very hospitable and left coffee pods and snacks which was really lovely and going the extra mile.

The bunk bed was quite rocky, so could feel the whole bed move when turning. The bunk bed room is quite small so we all changed in the double room as easier.

Everything was spot on, everything we needed even complementary snacks, water, tea and coffee. The unexpected text to let us know the property was ready earlier that check in time was very thoughtful. Sam was only a message away for anything we needed to ask. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again when back visiting friends. Thanks Sam and Eliza for a stress free stay.
