Seaview Premium Duplex in Gurney with WiFi & Full Kitchen 12B

Location is decent, overlooking the sea. While the hosts are very welcoming, the lack of communication within the team is also apparent as we were receiving multiple messages from different parties. To be honest, it got a bit annoying when too many people are reaching out to you at the same time about the same things.

Towels were insufficient, thin, stained and smelled mouldy. They are also of different brands. Drain flies discovered in the bathroom. We were not allowed to use the dryer and gas stove, despite them being advertised in the listing. There was also a very interesting rule for us to keep the electricity usage to 35 kwh/day.

Location was super convenient

The check out time should be 12pm not 11am

The toilet upstairs was a bit hazards as the floor was very slippery when wet almost slipped twice in a day

The space was tidy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Parking is free, convenient, and easy to access. The host provided clear, step-by-step instructions along with helpful pictures to guide us, making everything straightforward and stress-free. We had a wonderful short stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed accommodation. Would absolutely return in the future!

The location of the apartment is the best. Very good restaurants just so near. The staff gives very good directions and is easy to be reached. Love the place with complete facilities.

Well perhaps the quality of the towels. The cleaning of the place. But overall I am ok.

Great location, with lots of eateries within walking distance. We found it spacious enough for 2 of us but more worth it if you come with a large group of people.

We stayed in Sunrise Gurney for more than 3 times, in various units under different hosts. This unit unfortunately is not to our liking, nothing related to the host, just the layout of the unit itself. No doubt you get a nice seaview, but the design is weird where you can see the next unit and vice versa directly through the window, which offers lack of privacy. In addition, there's no curtain at the living room. Another suggestion, host should provide tissue papers in the rooms and dining room.
