Nothing all ideal

Had everything we needed, also loved the hot chocolates and biscuits that were there on arrival such a nice touch. Will definitely be staying here in the future, one of the best caravan holidays we’ve had despite it raining for the full weekend we were there so never got to explore much. Owner was lovely though and said we could check out later on the Monday to make more use of the hot tub as didn’t go in as much as we would have liked due to the rain.

Nothing the property was amazing.. however there was some noisy neighbours on the first night, one of them was playing music until the early hours and in their hot tub at 2am. It did wake the kids up and it disturbed the dogs abit, we also couldn’t get to sleep for a while because of them. Couldn’t be helped though as they were most probably making the most of their hot tub before the rain started for the weekend (we forgot to check the weather before hand) otherwise we probably would have went in ours too haha.

The caravan was lovely and warm. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, there was a very kind bottle of prosecco on arrival and the caravan smelt clean and fresh. Host was really helpful as it wasn't as easy to find as I anticipated and kept in contact until I found it. It's a really safe place to trick or treat and all the kids come round which was lovely.

Not a big complaint as we had brought our own, but towels aren't included so make sure you bring your own!

Hi we are not happy with our stay that we had from your caravan as there was quite a few issues that we didn’t expect the toilet in the room with the shower was constantly leaking and there was water all over the floor , the shower door seal kept falling off , the xbox controllers did not work so we were not able to use it since we could not even watch a dvd , the i internet in the caravan did not work , the curtians in the caravan all have stains on , there is stains on the sofa , the hot tube also had scum all round the top and there was s very strong smell of pets snd urine with in the property and the caravan was nit even cleaned there was clumps of hair on the floor , we did not expect this as we paided over 300.00 for the caravan and also because you sent the passes on the morning of us leaving we were unable to book any activities because everything was fully booked so we did waste spending money on the passes as we did not use them at all . Thanks

Hot tub was cold caravan was dirty found socks and chocolates under the bed cooker doesn’t work toilet was leaking fridge just froze all our food

Everything lovely and clean

Everything was lovely and the owner of the caravan cause I had to get in touch over a few things . Got on to it straight away nothing was to much for her . Plus she made mine and my grandchildren even better for the time we stay can’t thank her enough
