"Disappointing"

Lovely modern flat

There was a pair of socks belonging to someone else inside the bed sheet ( made us think if the covers had even been washed after previous guest ) the two nights we stayed the shower was freezing explained to booking.com and was told someone would come to look at it and nobody ever showed up so on both days we had to have cold showers which was disappointing
