Central Lisbon Apartment near Príncipe Real & Avenida da Liberdade - TTL308

Great location, there’s a very good café nearby. The view from the living room window is nice.

1. The instructions on how to connect to Wi-Fi were outdated. We had to find the router ourselves and check the network name and password on the back of it. 2.There was no hand soap or shower gel in the apartment. We had to ask for them to be brought to us. 3. The apartment was very damp; our clothes took more than two days to dry after washing. As a result, they ended up smelling musty 4.There are some larvae (probably termites) living in the dresser in the bedroom. We sent a video to the agency manager, and the next day some people came and just painted over the spot where the larvae were visible. However, the insects remained in the dresser. We couldn’t sleep in that room and had to sleep in the living room instead. Unfortunately, we weren’t offered any compensation

Apartment was clean, comfortable beds with enough blankets for chilly nights. Had space heaters.

It would make this accommodation so much better if they provide a few coffee capsules and tea bags. It would really be appreciated by us!

Great location, great view, very comfortable beds, great shower.

I was there in January and the apartment was freezing. There were space heaters that eventually took the bite out of the cold, but it never really got warm. If I put both space heaters in the living room, it blew the fuse. When I first arrived, most of the electricity wasn't working, and when I wrote the hosts they took hours to reply. I had to figure it out myself.

Everyone was very helpful, always answering my questions promptly. I will definitely look for them next time. The apartment is very comfortable and practical.

A big minus was the cleanliness of the apartment. Additionally, the beds were very uncomfortable.

Mourad was great at check in and gave us some great tips about the city. We loved the location and the apartments was very comfortable.

The bed in the bedroom was comfortable but it sinks a bit in the middle. Can’t say anything else bad about the apartment
