The most unacceptable place I have ever stayed. Not helpful at all. If you have a problem with the room, don't expect it to be solved. We booked a house with 3 rooms and ended up using 2 of them since the air conditioning in the third one didn't work. We try to contact them and sometimes they answer us. After 3 days they told us to send photos about the air conditioning issue because a report must be made so that someone can check it. No one has checked it yet and we haven't had a single update. Also, in order to take a bath, someone else has to wait for the tank to fill. I have paid for 3 rooms that I didn't use and because in this weather no one can stay without air conditioning
