GBThe caravan was immaculate and a brilliant size. Perfect location on the site, close to the beach, close to a brilliant shop onsite which sells everything you may need. We particularly liked the outside area of the caravan which has 3 separate seating areas and is enclosed so the dog could have a mooch around without us having to worry about her getting out. If you wanted to cook while you were there, there was ample room and even an air fryer which I thought was a great addition as well as a full sized hob, microwave and toaster? I prefer to eat out or get a takeaway (there is a lovely Chinese takeaway onsite and fish and chip shops, Indian and a couple of pubs etc within walking distance).

GBThe caravan was simply perfect it was very convenient in location close to the club house and leisure park etc. it was equipped to make it home from home with everything you could think of and then more. It has parking right outside and the outside area was perfect for our little one and dog as they couldn't escape. The caravan was comfortable and very cosy. The owners were very good throughout booking and staying with communication and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning here.

GBLocation was perfect, across the road from the beach. The caravan is spacious with everything you need and spotlessly clean. The garden is a great feature, especially if you have dogs, so relaxing.

GBFantastic location—both on-site and in Brean overall. Very close to the beach and clubhouse, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. We loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed breakfast at the pub opposite, which overlooks the sea—absolutely perfect. The on-site facilities were excellent, with a well-stocked shop and three takeaways just a minute's walk away—all serving amazing food, freshly and quickly prepared. The caravan itself was the best we've ever stayed in—immaculately clean yet cosy, with all the comforts of home. The outdoor space was an incredible bonus: very spacious, with plenty of seating areas, and absolutely beautiful. We hope to stay again very soon. Thank you for accommodating us and allowing us to enjoy your amazing holiday home—we absolutely loved it!
