Absolutely nothing. Any positive aspect of this apartment was completely overshadowed by how disastrous and stressful this experience was.

DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. This was by far one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the apartment had serious electrical issues with constant power outages. The electricity repeatedly failed throughout our stay, affecting basic necessities such as lights, air conditioning, charging phones, and even showering. We spent our vacation dealing with constant stress, uncertainty, and repeated interruptions instead of enjoying Madrid. Multiple technicians came to the apartment, yet the issue was never properly fixed. We lost valuable vacation time waiting for repairs and living in unacceptable conditions. At one point, we barely slept because of the heat and lack of electricity. What made this even worse was the way the situation was handled. Instead of taking full responsibility, management repeatedly gave technical explanations and tried to shift responsibility to the electric company. That is completely unacceptable. Guests do not book an apartment to deal with infrastructure failures, electrical issues, or third-party technical excuses. We booked and paid for a safe, functional, habitable accommodation — and that is NOT what we received. The property eventually admitted they could not guarantee habitable conditions and asked us to leave. Even worse, one of the relocation options offered was a HOSTEL. Offering a hostel as an alternative to a booked apartment is honestly disrespectful and completely inadequate. This situation became so stressful that it seriously affected my family’s health. My mother suffered a high blood pressure episode due to the extreme stress caused by this experience, and we had to seek medical guidance. This entire stay was exhausting, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly warn anyone considering this property to stay elsewhere.

Friendly hosts. Quite well located. Spacious. Two separate bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen.

Apartment was a little stuffy. Could open the windows but they faced directly onto the street. We did not have hot water for our two night stay which was extremely inconvenient. The hosts were apologetic and have agreed to a 25% reduction in the cost of the stay.
