Colin is an absolute dream of a host. If there's an issue he will go to lengths to make sure your comfortable. Place is close to everything. Banks shops you name it's close. Room is great and clean all his apartments are perfect.

The location was absolutely amazing and within walking distance to Margarittaville.

The check in process is different than your typical rental as this is conducted in person.with the property manager .

I didn't get to stay here as a last minute switch due to a double booking as advised by host

The fact that the switch from here to Sandcastles was a downgrade and I was dissatisfied.
