Pendennis - Bright Victorian flat, sea views & close to beach

We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment has everything you need and is very spacious. Lovely view from the front room window. Great location. We will definitely be booking again.

Bright breezy flat well located between the beach and the town, with everything provided. Communication with the manager was swift and friendly, and he helped sort out a couple of issues very rapidly. Perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing few days in a great location.

Was very central into Falmouth. Accommodation was clean, kitchen was fully equipped. Host was very helpful and informative of the local area. Thank you for a great stay

Great location and nice specification. Having two separate bedrooms was a must have for us.

Very minor but no shampoo was a surprise : we did not bring any as usually it is provided by hosts. Damp in the hall way was a bit off putting but did not affect the our stay. No parking on site was a bit awkward but parking was available a short walk away. It was clear in the details so no complaints.

Location was good

The cleanliness of the property was poor. Mould in the shower, scum around the plug holes, no mattress protectors on the beds

Splendid location for us - easy walking distance to amenities and beach. Lovely airy living space with sea view. Beautiful gardens nearby.

Cleanliness could have been better: cobwebs visible in ceilings corners, place smelt a little musty on arrival. The bathroom window could not be opened and the extractor fan in the bathroom was unreliable. This meant that the bathroom was inadequately aired and quite damp. It’s quite difficult to find car park spots in the vicinity.
